From
Elizabeth Spinelli Situated
on the Hudson River directly across from Manhattan,
you cant get any better location for your dollar
than Hudson County. Were in the direct center
of the nations number one dominant market area
and enjoy easy access to New York City, Philadelphia
and Connecticut. We have desirable commercial, industrial
and residential space along the Hudson River and
throughout the county, and were a central transportation
hub for both commuter and freight traffic.
A close second to location is Hudson Countys
diversity. Hudson County is a community of more than
600,000 residents and is the fourth most ethnically
diverse county in the nation today. This rich diversity
translates into a highly effective workforce with
fluent, multilingual capabilities, a strong sense
of community and international business ties.
For quality of life look to Hudson County for its
old world style brownstones, the glamorous apartments
along the county's sparkling waterfront, for its
proximity to New York City's wealth of entertainment
venues, or for easy access to professional football
and World Cup soccer games in nearby Giants Stadium
or the Meadowlands Arena to see professional basketball
and hockey.
I would like to thank our Board
of Trustees whose efforts are directly responsible
for making Hudson County a better place to live,
work, and grow a business. I encourage anyone interested
in learning more about Hudson County to please call
or e-mail me. I will be happy to respond and tell
you more about our services.
